We are looking for an Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute and optimize email campaigns, nurture leads and improve engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.

Create engaging email content, subject lines and CTAs.

Manage email automation, drip campaigns and follow-ups.

Segment and maintain email databases.

Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, CTR and conversions.

Conduct A/B testing and prepare campaign reports.

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for lead generation.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in email marketing.

Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar tools.

Valuable copywriting and communication skills.

Knowledge of email automation, segmentation and analytics.

Basic HTML knowledge is an advantage.

Key KPIs

Email open and click-through rates.

Campaign delivery and execution.

Lead generation and conversion rates.

Email deliverability and database quality.

Timely campaign reporting.
