Job Summary

We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, operating systems, and basic network-related issues. The candidate should be willing to travel to client locations for on-site support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application-related issues.
Perform Windows installation, configuration, updates, and troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity issues.
Install and configure software, drivers, antivirus, and system updates.
Provide on-site technical support at client locations.
Troubleshoot and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
Handle IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain records of IT assets, installations, repairs, and service activities.




Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve technical issues.
Travel to client locations for installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting as required.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Desktop Support Engineer or in a similar IT support role.
Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and networking basics.
Hands-on experience with desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to client locations.
Valid two-wheeler and driving licence are mandatory.
Ability to work independently at client sites.

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Windows Server is an added advantage.
Experience with CCTV, networking, or structured cabling will be an advantage.
CCNA, CompTIA A+, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
