Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end shipping operations, including bookings, documentation, and shipment tracking.
Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, customers, and overseas agents.
Monitor vessel schedules, cargo movement, transshipment, delays, and delivery timelines.
Handle shipping documents such as BL, invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other export/import documents.
Resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth cargo movement while meeting operational and compliance requirements.
