Altivor is hiring Sales & Customer Support Associates for its Kurukshetra office.
The role involves communicating with prospective and existing customers, following up with leads, assisting customers, and supporting the company’s sales and customer service operations.
Freshers with strong English communication skills are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Communicate with prospective and existing customers
Follow up with interested leads
Explain company products and services clearly
Assist customers through phone, email, and chat
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM
Follow established sales and customer service procedures
Work toward individual and team performance targets
Compensation
Fixed Salary: ₹15,600 per month
In addition to the fixed salary, employees will earn commission on every qualifying sale they personally generate.
The commission is paid on top of the monthly salary and is directly linked to individual sales performance. The more qualifying sales you generate, the more commission you earn.
Employees may also receive additional performance incentives and team rewards for achieving specific targets.
Full commission rates, qualifying-sale requirements, refund/cancellation rules,
and payment terms will be explained in writing before joining.

Monday to Friday
Saturday and Sunday fixed off
Night shift
8:00 PM to 5:00 AM

Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, sales, lead generation, BPO, or voice processes is preferred but not required.
