About the Role

Infyni is looking for a skilled and highly organized Academic Operations & Training Coordinator to manage day-to-day training and academic operations.

The role involves instructor coordination, course and batch management, floor/office operations, client coordination, and training support. The candidate should be punctual, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate with instructors/trainers for schedules, sessions, deliverables, and requirements.
Coordinate courses, batches, schedules, and training operations.
Handle day-to-day floor and academic administration.
Coordinate with clients and attend in-person client meetings when required.
Travel to other cities for client meetings or training-related requirements.
Maintain trackers, reports, schedules, and other operational documentation.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of training programs.
Handle operational issues and follow up until closure.

Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Academic Operations, Training Coordination, Administration, EdTech, Corporate Training, or a similar role.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Qualified, punctual, and responsible approach to work.
Comfortable managing instructors, courses, and multiple batches.
Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
Willingness to travel intercity when required.
Must be based in Gurugram or nearby and comfortable working from the Gurugram office daily.

Preferred: Experience in EdTech, SkillTech, corporate training, or education operations.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
