Job Title: Software Support Intern

About the Role:
We are looking for a Software Support Intern to support our B2B Salon Management Software. The candidate will assist salon clients with software-related queries, basic troubleshooting, and day-to-day support.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries related to our salon management software.
Assist clients with software usage and basic troubleshooting.
Identify and report software bugs/issues to the technical team.
Maintain customer queries and support records.
Coordinate with the Product & Tech team for issue resolution.
Help clients understand and use different software features.

Requirements:
B.Tech / M.Tech / BCA / MCA
Fresher or 0–1 year experience
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic understanding of web/mobile applications
Comfortable communicating with B2B customers
Willingness to learn and work in a rapid-paced environment

Location: Noida
Job Type: Full time Internship

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
