Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) – Fresher to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in direct sales, client acquisition, and online business development.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current business opportunities through direct sales, cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and online platforms.
Identify and qualify potential clients based on business requirements.
Handle direct sales activities and follow up with prospective clients.
Identify and bid on relevant projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
Prepare and submit proposals on Upwork according to client requirements.
Communicate with international clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for suitable solutions.




Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and prospects.
Maintain records of leads, proposals, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM.
Assist in achieving business development and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Basic understanding of sales and business development.
Interest in direct sales and client acquisition.
Basic understanding of Upwork bidding and proposal writing is an advantage.
Good follow-up and time-management skills.
Comfortable communicating with clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and Upwork.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
Good knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
Prior knowledge of CRM tools will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
