Position: Native Japanese Language Trainer
Location: Chennai
Employment Type: Part-Time
Experience: Prior teaching or training experience preferred
Job Summary
We are looking for a Native Japanese Language Trainer who is Japanese by birth and can effectively teach Japanese language skills to students and working professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Japanese language training sessions for students and professionals.
Teach Japanese speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
Train learners in practical communication and everyday Japanese.
Prepare and deliver engaging, structured lessons and activities.
Support learners preparing for JLPT examinations (N5–N3/N2).
Conduct assessments, practice sessions, and provide regular feedback.
Adapt teaching methods according to learners' proficiency levels.
Maintain a positive and interactive classroom environment.
Requirements
Must be a native Japanese speaker (Japanese by birth).
Strong command of Japanese language and communication skills.
Good English communication skills.
Previous experience in Japanese language teaching/training is preferred.
Ability to work with students from beginner to intermediate levels.
JLPT certification or relevant teaching qualification is an added advantage.

Ability to conduct interactive and activity-based sessions.
Familiarity with Japanese culture, etiquette, and workplace communication.
