About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and well-spoken In Store Fashion Designer & Sales Consultant to join our Menswear Showroom in Gurugram by the name Narov located in sector 54 summit plaza .

This role blends creative design sensibility with client-facing sales, ideal for someone who understands luxury menswear, fabrics, and styling, and enjoys working directly with customers.

Key Accountabilities
Client Styling & Sales
Assist clients in selecting menswear outfits, fabrics for weddings, occasions, and events
Provide personalized styling and design consultation
Drive in-store sales and customer experience
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Design & Product Knowledge
Stay updated with latest trends in men’s fashion and bridal couture
Demonstrate strong knowledge of international fabrics, garments, and construction
Assist in custom design requirements and alterations
Contribute to design ideas aligned with brand aesthetics
Store & Brand Support
Support visual merchandising and store presentation




Assist in digital marketing efforts (social media, client engagement)
Ensure a premium and seamless customer experience

Candidate Profile
Degree or diploma in Fashion Design from a recognized institute
Strong understanding of:
Men’s luxury fashion & Suits.
Fabrics, silhouettes, and garment construction
Excellent communication skills (English proficiency required)
Customer-focused with a polished and qualified personality
Ability to multitask and learn quickly in a quick-paced environment
Keen eye for details, fit and finish.

Preferred Skills
Experience in luxury retail / couture / menswear
Interest or experience in digital marketing & social media
Proven expertise in designing a collection.
Strong interpersonal and sales skills
Portfolio of work showcasing range of works
