Barista – Cafe Durga & Kallol Cafe

We are looking for a skilled, friendly and hardworking Barista (Male & Female) to join our team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages.
Operate and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, cold coffee and specialty beverages.
Ensure consistency in taste, quality and presentation.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar and equipment.
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Manage bar inventory and ensure availability of ingredients.
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth cafe operations.

Requirements:
Previous Barista/Cafe experience is preferred.




Knowledge of coffee preparation and basic barista skills.
Valuable communication and customer service skills.
Friendly, polite, punctual and hardworking.
Ability to work in a team.
Freshers with a strong interest in learning Barista skills can also apply.
