We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Welder Helper to join our team. In this role, you will work directly alongside our lead welders to prepare materials, maintain a secure workshop, and keep production moving efficiently.
Material Preparation: Clean, grind, bevel, and cut steel or other metal components using power tools like angle grinders and saws.
Setup & Support: Set up welding machines, position gas cylinders, load/unload heavy materials, and hand tools to the lead welder.
Safety & Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, act as a fire watch during high-heat operations, and adhere strictly to safety protocols.
Assembly Assistance: Align, clamp, and occasionally tack-weld components according to measurements and instructions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
