Job Summary

We are looking for a Customer Support / Telecaller Executive to handle customer enquiries, inbound and outbound calls, shipment-related queries, follow-ups, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
Respond to customer enquiries regarding courier services, shipments, delivery status, pricing, and related services.
Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams to resolve customer issues.
Follow up on pending, delayed, undelivered, and returned shipments.
Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
Maintain customer records and update the database regularly.
Make outbound calls for customer follow-ups, enquiries, and business opportunities.




Maintain daily call and customer interaction reports.
Build positive customer relationships through professional and friendly communication.
Support the team in customer retention and business development activities.
Perform other customer-service responsibilities assigned by management.

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
Freshers can apply; experience in customer service, telecalling, courier, or logistics will be an advantage.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi; Malayalam preferred.
Valuable telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.
Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
