Installation of Solar Systems : Install solar panels, inverters, battery systems, and otherrelated equipment at residential, commercial, or industrial sites, ensuring proper setupand functionality.
System Maintenance : Conduct routine maintenance on solar energy systems, includingcleaning panels, inspecting inverters, and checking battery systems to ensure optimalperformance.
Troubleshooting and Repairs : Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with solar power systems,including electrical faults, panel malfunctions, and connectivity problems, and performnecessary repairs.
System Testing and Calibration : Perform tests on solar systems to ensure they areoperating efficiently and within specified performance standards, making adjustments as needed.
Customer Interaction : Communicate directly with customers to explain system operations,answer technical questions, and provide instructions for secure use and maintenance.
Documentation and Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all service activities,including installation details, repairs, and system performance, and report findings tomanagement.
Inventory Management :



Track and manage spare parts and tools required for installations and repairs, ensuring availability of necessary components for service tasks.
Upgrades and System Enhancements : Recommend and perform upgrades to existingsolar systems, such as adding recent panels, batteries, or inverters to improve systemperformance.
Customer Support and Training : Provide customers with training on how to monitorand maintain their solar energy systems, offering troubleshooting guidance andongoing support.
Problem-Solving and Technical Expertise : Use technical knowledge to identify problems,determine causes, and implement effective solutions to maintain or restore systemfunctionality.
