We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support end-to-end HR operations, with a focus on recruitment, performance management, and HR data reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offers, and onboarding
Support the Performance Management System (PMS): goal setting, review cycles, and follow-ups
Maintain and update HR data, employee records, and dashboards with accuracy
Prepare MIS reports (headcount, attrition, hiring status) using Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Coordinate with department heads on manpower requirements
Ensure HR policy compliance and support employee queries

Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in recruitment, PMS, and HR data management
Robust proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and Google Sheets
Positive communication, coordination, and analytical skills
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
