Robust knowledge of:Core HCMOrganizationsStaffingPosition ManagementSupervisory OrganizationsBusiness Process FrameworkSecurityExperience troubleshooting Workday functional issues.Familiarity with Workday reporting.Experience working within SLA-driven AMS or Managed Services organizations.Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Skill Requirements

Workday HCM Pro certification.Experience supporting global organizations.Knowledge of Workday Payroll, Perks, Absence, Talent, or Recruiting.Experience using Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing platforms.Experience supporting Workday during post-go-live stabilization.
