We’re looking for someone who can manage Google Ads and Meta Ads for our mobile games, study performance daily, and turn data into transparent actions that improve growth and profitability.

What you’ll do
Set up, manage, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Monitor daily spend, installs, cost per install, revenue, and return on ad spend.
Identify patterns across campaigns, creatives, countries, and user groups.
Understand why performance improves or drops and recommend what to change.
Find the best-performing ads and explain which hooks, visuals, messages, and gameplay concepts work.
Work with our creative team to develop and test new ad ideas.
Identify creative fatigue and plan when to refresh ads.
Allocate budgets based on performance and scale successful campaigns.
Maintain easy reports showing what changed, why it matters, and the next action.
Check campaign results against app analytics and flag tracking or reporting discrepancies.

What we’re looking for




Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Strong analytical skills and confidence working with Excel or Google Sheets.
Understanding of mobile app acquisition metrics, including CPI, retention, and ROAS.
Ability to look beyond low-cost installs and evaluate the quality and revenue of acquired users.
A structured approach to testing creatives and campaigns.
Clear communication and ownership of day-to-day campaign performance.
Experience with mobile games and app attribution tools is a plus.
