Job Title: Domestic Voice Process
Responsibilities
Answer customer calls and provide support.
Listen carefully and solve customer problems.
Handle customer concerns politely and professionally.
Keep customer records and update information accurately.
Meet quality, productivity, and attendance targets.
Report common customer issues and suggest improvements.
Skills Required
Positive English communication skills.
Language Required: Telgu,Kannada,Malayalam and Hindi
Qualifications
High school diploma (or equivalent) or higher.
0–1 years of experience (Freshers can apply).
Work Details
Location: Work from Office
Shift: Day shifts .
Work Schedule: 6 working days and 1 rotational weekly offs.
Pay: ₹16,799.12 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
