About the Role

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic freshers to join our team as Carpool Operations / Sales Executives. The role involves customer interaction, field activities, sales, and promoting carpooling services across different locations in the city.

Key Responsibilities
Promote carpooling services through field activities and customer interactions.
Visit apartments, tech parks, offices, and other locations for promotional activities.
Interact with customers and explain carpooling services and advantages.
Generate leads and support customer acquisition and registrations.
Make calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
Support sales and marketing campaigns and on-ground events.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for smooth execution.
Achieve daily and monthly activity and sales targets.




Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
Maintain basic records of leads, customer interactions, and campaign activities.

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Energetic, confident, and enthusiastic personality.
Comfortable with field work and travelling within the city.
Good interpersonal and convincing skills.
Willingness to learn sales, marketing, and operations.
Ability to interact confidently with customers and corporate employees.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
