Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Production Manager to oversee end-to-end production operations. The ideal candidate will drive operational excellence through Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S practices, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement across the plant.

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, organize, and manage daily production operations

 Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule

 Implement and drive Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives

 Enforce and sustain 5S workplace management standards

 Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency

 Monitor production performance and minimize downtime

 Ensure strict adherence to quality control standards

 Manage manpower, machines, and materials effectively

 Coordinate with procurement, maintenance, and quality teams





 Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines

 Analyze production data and present reports to management

 Lead process improvement and cost optimization initiatives

Requirements

 Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Production / Industrial or related field)

 Minimum 5+ years of experience in FMCG or Automobile industry

 Robust experience in Kaizen, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing practices

 Proven experience in managing plant operations and teams

 Knowledge of quality standards and safety compliance

 Solid leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills

 Six Sigma certification is an added advantage

 Robust data analysis and reporting skills

 Excellent communication and team management abilities

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
