About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Inventory Executive to support our day-to-day inventory and stock management operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, coordinating with warehouses and field teams, and ensuring timely availability of products across locations.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily inventory records in Excel / Google Sheets.
Track inward, outward, transfer, consumption, damaged and closing stock.
Coordinate with warehouse and field teams for stock requirements.
Monitor product availability and identify shortages or excess stock.
Assist in physical stock counting and reconciliation.
Update stock movement and inventory reports on a daily basis.
Maintain proper records of products across different locations/warehouses.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams when required.
Support the team in refilling and stock planning for vending machines.
Prepare basic daily/weekly inventory reports for management.




Ensure inventory data is accurate and updated on time.

Requirements
Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience.
0–2 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, FMCG, retail or operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Basic understanding of inventory and stock management.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Freshers with good Excel knowledge and a willingness to learn can also apply.
