Job Responsibilities
Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) calling for hospital/healthcare accounts.
Contact insurance companies, patients, and healthcare providers regarding outstanding medical claims.
Follow up on pending claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
Identify and resolve claim/payment issues.
Handle denied claims, appeals, and claim corrections.
Interpret EOB / ERA and understand CARC / RARC codes.
Follow payer guidelines and reimbursement procedures.
Work with UB-04 and hospital billing documentation.
Understand OPD/IPD billing workflows and healthcare RCM processes.
Basic knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.
Handle high-volume voice calls with insurance payers.
Maintain accurate follow-up records and claim status updates.

Required Skills
Minimum 1+ year of AR Hospital Calling experience in Healthcare RCM.




Strong knowledge of Hospital Billing / Accounts Receivable.
Positive understanding of insurance claims, denials, appeals, and reimbursement.
Knowledge of CARC, RARC, EOB, ERA and UB-04.
Familiarity with HIS, ERP or hospital billing software such as Epic/Cerner.
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
Ability to manage high call volumes.
