About the Role

ZGP is looking for a result-driven Sales Manager to manage and grow photography sales in Bengaluru. The role requires strong expertise in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, negotiations, and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to booking closure.
Generate business through cold calls, online leads, references, and client meetings.
Follow up consistently with prospective clients and convert qualified leads.
Conduct client consultations and present photography packages effectively.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Monitor daily sales activities, pipeline, conversion percentage, and revenue.
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets.




Explore recent customer segments and local business opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth booking handover.
Maintain accurate sales reports and trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.

Requirements
4–5 years of proven sales experience; photography/event/wedding industry experience preferred.
Strong track record in cold calling and lead conversion.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong business development and relationship-building abilities.
Highly target-oriented and comfortable working in a rapid-paced workplace.
Valuable working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
