Job Description

Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager – Civil to oversee and manage construction projects from planning to completion.

Responsibilities
Manage and supervise overall construction project execution.
Plan and monitor project schedules, progress, and deadlines.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Monitor construction quality, safety, manpower, and material requirements.
Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline.
Conduct regular site inspections and progress reviews.
Identify and resolve project and site-related issues.
Prepare and maintain project progress reports.




Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Robust knowledge of construction project management.
Good leadership and team management skills.
Robust communication and coordination abilities.
Valuable problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple project activities effectively.
Experienced candidates will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Kalamassery, Ernakulam

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
