About the Role
We are looking for a confident B2B Lead Generation / Cold Calling Executive to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our IT services, including Website Development, Mobile Apps, AI, SaaS, and Custom Software Solutions.
Responsibilities
Generate B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, and online research.
Contact business owners, founders, and decision-makers.
Identify prospects and understand their basic requirements.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Follow up with prospects and maintain lead records in CRM.
Achieve daily/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills.
Confident in cold calling and speaking with decision-makers.
Experience in B2B lead generation, telecalling, inside sales, or IT sales preferred.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRM tools.
Target-oriented, persistent, and self-motivated.
Basic understanding of IT/software services is an advantage.
