Handle Inbound customer Interactions
Handle tickets, raising and updating tickets
Calling out to the right on-call engineering team
Email Communication
Should be comfortable in flexible shifts
Valuable hands-on experience in MS Office products and valuable email handling etiquette
Customer-oriented attitude

Who Can Apply:

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
