Job Title: Business Analyst – Lending Domain (ACBS Preferred)
Role Summary
We are seeking a Business Analyst with solid experience in the lending domain to support requirement analysis, solution design, and delivery for corporate/commercial lending initiatives. Prior experience working on ACBS (Advanced Commercial Banking System) will be a strong added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements across lending lifecycle (origination, servicing, syndication, repayments).
Translate business requirements into transparent functional specifications and user stories.
Act as a bridge between business, product, and technology teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
Support impact analysis, UAT planning, test case reviews, and production readiness.
Participate in workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and stakeholder reviews.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk-related requirements within lending systems.

Key Responsibilities
To integrate/re-engineer / design process(s) to maximize the adoption and usage of pre-delivered Best Practices /Standard Functionalities




To evaluate & recommend different appropriate product solutions based on customer requirements.
To identify and facilitate customer to implement organizational changes required for effective business product Implementation
To design and conduct solution workshop(s) to get early buy-in from the relevant stakeholders and thereby also identify additional prospects to engage with the client
To develop and guide others for their career progression
To continually update oneself for developing self; contribute to business cases| market collaterals etc.
