GYM TRAINER – JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: Gym Trainer / Fitness Trainer

Location: The Iron Paradise Gym, Decathlon Mysore Road, Kengeri, Bangalore

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Guide members through proper and safe exercise techniques.

Create customized workout plans based on members’ fitness goals.

Conduct fitness assessments and track members’ progress.

Provide guidance for weight loss, strength, muscle building, and general fitness.

Demonstrate correct use of gym equipment and ensure safety during workouts.

Motivate members and maintain a positive training workplace.

Promote and generate Personal Training (PT) prospects.

Follow up with members regularly and maintain positive member relationships.

Maintain gym discipline, cleanliness, and proper equipment usage.

Support group fitness and functional training sessions when required.

Handle member queries professionally and provide appropriate fitness guidance.

Work as part of the gym team and follow management instructions and schedules.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
