Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other cutting-edge channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders and follow up on feedback. Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.



Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency).
Familiarity with sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, job boards, networking). Robust interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously with a sense of urgency. Knowledge of HR databases, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office. Key Skills:
