Job Summary

We are looking for a German Content Moderator to review and moderate user-generated content on digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong German and English communication skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to follow content moderation guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities
Review and moderate text, images, videos, and other user-generated content in German.
Ensure content complies with company policies, community guidelines, and quality standards.
Identify and take appropriate action on inappropriate, offensive, misleading, or policy-violating content.
Handle sensitive content professionally and objectively.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity while meeting daily targets.
Escalate complex or unclear cases to the appropriate team.
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection and security guidelines.
Stay updated with changes in moderation policies and procedures.




Provide accurate decisions based on established guidelines.

Required Skills
Fluency in German – reading and understanding proficiency is mandatory.
Good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and apply content policies consistently.
Good typing and computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Ability to handle sensitive or disturbing content professionally.

Qualification
Any Graduate / Bachelor’s degree.
German language proficiency: B2/C1 or equivalent preferred.
Freshers with strong German language skills can apply.
