Experience of 5 to 7 years in similar role working in any industry.
Candidate must have excellent command on spoken and written english, along with proficiency in working on MS office managing the MIS.
MBA in HR preferred.
Job role and responsibilities:
Candidate shall be a perfect bridge between the employees and the MD.
HR shall be able to handle the internal disputes himself / herself without involving the proprietor.
Candidate shall be responsible for attendance , payroll and other applicable compliance in a proprietorship firm.
Salary : Upto 40k (which may be paid in cash).
