Job Summary:
We are hiring a Telesales Executive to connect with potential customers, explain our products, generate business prospects, and convert leads into sales.
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain product features, advantages, and solutions.
Conduct product explanations and presentations over calls.
Follow up with leads and maintain customer relationships.
Handle customer queries and support the sales conversion process.
Achieve assigned sales and calling targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of telesales/inside sales experience.
Previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
Comfortable working with sales targets and regular follow-ups.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
