About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, handling transactions, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the finance and management team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries and financial transactions.
Maintain purchase, sales, expense, payment, and receipt records.
Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation.
Coordinate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding balances.
Maintain proper documentation and accounting records.
Track outstanding payments and follow up with clients/vendors when required.
Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and statements.
Maintain and update accounting data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance-related activities.
Coordinate with internal teams for bills, expenses, and financial documentation.




Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned accounting tasks.
Assist management with financial data and reports whenever required.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, Finance, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Knowledge of accounting software such as Tally/ERP will be preferred.
Basic understanding of GST, TDS, invoicing, and reconciliations.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
