Job Description / Responsibilities:

Assist in production line activities such as material feeding, machine operation, and product handling.

Support process monitoring to ensure smooth flow of production and maintain quality standards.

Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions as guided by supervisors.

Participate in daily production activities — sorting, inspection, packing, and labeling.

Ensure proper safety compliance in the work area.

Help in maintaining production records, data entry, and reporting of daily output.

Learn and develop skills related to manufacturing operations, tools handling, and machine maintenance basics.

Work in coordination with team members and shift in-charges for achieving production targets.

Eligibility:

Qualification: BE / B.Tech Mechanical (as per NAPS guidelines)

Age:



As per Apprenticeship Act norms

Experience: 0 to 3 years (Freshers preferred)

Skills Required:

Basic understanding of manufacturing / production process

Willingness to learn and adapt to shop floor activities

Valuable team coordination and discipline

Ability to work in shift system
