Job Description

ADA Tech Solution is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and oversee core HR functions, recruitment, HR operations, payroll, HRMS, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Non-IT & BPO recruitment
Handle HR operations and employee lifecycle activities
Manage payroll processing and salary-related activities
Maintain and manage HRMS
Ensure statutory compliance related to PF, PT & ESIC
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters
Monitor attendance, leave and employee data
Support employee engagement and retention initiatives
Handle HR policies, processes and day-to-day HR operations





Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 5 years of experience in core HR
Robust experience in Non-IT & BPO recruitment
Hands-on experience in HR Operations and Payroll
Good knowledge of HRMS
Working knowledge of PF, PT & ESIC compliance
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Valuable leadership and problem-solving abilities
Ability to independently manage core HR functions

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA CTC, depending on experience and interview performance.

Work Location: Pune, Maharashtra
