We are looking for energetic, confident, and customer-focused Help Desk Associates to provide on-ground passenger support at the airport. The role involves assisting passengers with app downloads, taxi bookings, queries, and general guidance within the airport premises.
Key Responsibilities
Assist passengers with downloading and using the mobile application.
Resolve passenger queries and provide appropriate assistance at the airport.
Guide passengers and help them navigate airport facilities.
Assist passengers with taxi booking and related queries.
Provide on-ground customer support and ensure a smooth passenger experience.
Coordinate with the relevant team to resolve passenger issues when required.
Maintain a qualified, polite, and helpful attitude while interacting with passengers.
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 12th Pass qualification.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Valuable communication skills are mandatory.
Fluent in English and Hindi.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Confident, presentable, and customer-friendly personality.
Comfortable interacting with passengers from different backgrounds.
Willingness to work at the airport and in rotational shifts.
Comfortable with on-ground work and standing for extended periods.
Salary & Shift Details
Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month
TDS: 10% applicable
Shift Timings
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Afternoon Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
All 3 shifts are applicable on a rotational basis.
