We are looking for a Project Coordinator with experience in the interiors and furniture industry who can efficiently coordinate between clients, designers, vendors, production teams, and installation teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of projects.

The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of interior projects, furniture, 2D drawings, AutoCAD, materials, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities related to interior and furniture projects.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, designers, production teams, and installation teams to ensure timely project execution.
Follow up with vendors regarding quotations, material availability, production status, delivery schedules, and installation.
Understand and interpret 2D drawings, layouts, furniture drawings, and technical drawings.
Have working knowledge of AutoCAD and the ability to understand and review drawings.
Coordinate with the design team to ensure drawings and specifications are properly communicated to vendors.
Track project timelines, deliverables,



and ensure work is completed within the committed schedule.
Maintain regular communication with vendors and internal teams regarding project updates.
Visit project sites whenever required to monitor execution and coordinate with relevant teams.
Identify and resolve project-related issues, delays, or discrepancies in coordination with the concerned teams.
Ensure that materials, furniture, and other project requirements are delivered as per specifications and timelines.
Maintain proper documentation of BOQs, quotations, purchase orders, drawings, vendor details, project schedules, and project updates.
Coordinate for quality checks and ensure the final execution matches the approved design and specifications.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
