Job Purpose
Field monitoring of projects to ensure execution as per the work plan. Documentation and reporting of project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning and Execution
Screen and assess projects in line with assessment reports; Plan projects to ensure financial efficiency; Renew projects as required.
Project Monitoring
Manage financial budgets for projects; Conduct field-level monitoring to ensure progress.
Compliance
Conduct field visits to ensure adherence to SOPs; Update MIS as per requirements.
Documentation and Reporting
Submit reports and updates as required; Document project impacts and case studies.
Education:
Master's degree in Social Work with CSR training.
Certifications:
None specified.
Key Competencies
Robust understanding of the social sector, ability to work in rural communities, high personal integrity, robust communication skills, proficiency in Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

Implementation partners, government officials,
branch banking team, internal teams (Marketing, Corporate Communications).
