Job Description – Middle School SST Teacher (CBSE)

Position: Middle School Social Studies (SST) Teacher
Board: CBSE
Experience: Minimum 2 years

Key Responsibilities
Teach Social Studies to middle school students as per the CBSE curriculum.
Plan and deliver engaging lessons covering History, Geography, Civics, and Social & Political Life.
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching resources.
Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback.
Encourage critical thinking, awareness of current affairs, and an understanding of society and the world.
Maintain effective classroom management and a positive learning setting.
Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and academic activities.

Requirements




Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Studies-related subjects with B.Ed.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably in a CBSE school.
Robust subject knowledge and excellent communication skills.
Valuable classroom management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to use engaging and activity-based teaching methods.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
