About the RoleWe are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly motivated Social Media & Marketing Intern to join our team for a 3-month hybrid internship. In this role, you will help plan, execute, and monitor our marketing campaigns across social media channels while gaining hands-on experience in content creation, brand building, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation: Plan, draft, and design engaging posts, reels/shorts, images, and captions tailored for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
Content Calendar: Maintain and execute a consistent monthly social media content calendar.
Community Management: Engage with our audience, respond to comments and direct messages, and help build online relationships.
Performance Tracking: Assist in tracking weekly/monthly analytics to evaluate post performance, reach, and engagement metrics.
Market Research: Research industry trends, competitor activities, and viral topics to propose fresh content ideas.
Marketing Campaigns: Support the team in running email marketing, promotional events, or digital ad campaigns as needed.





Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.
Familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube).
Basic knowledge of visual design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or Figma) and basic video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
Robust attention to detail, creativity, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setup and attend scheduled in-person team meetings.
