Production Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Production Manager to lead and manage our manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning production, managing the production team, ensuring quality standards, optimizing resources, and completing projects within the required timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily production activities.
Manage and coordinate production teams, supervisors, and workers.
Ensure production targets are achieved within scheduled timelines.
Monitor the complete production process from raw material to finished product.
Maintain and improve product quality and production efficiency.
Coordinate with the design, purchase, quality, and installation teams.
Monitor raw material availability and minimize production delays.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials.
Identify production issues and implement effective solutions.
Maintain production reports, records, and daily updates.
Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
Reduce material wastage and improve overall production efficiency.




Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance when required.
Train, guide, and evaluate production team members.
Continuously improve manufacturing processes and workflow.

Requirements
3–7 years of experience in production/manufacturing management.
Experience in modular furniture, modular kitchen, wardrobe, interior manufacturing, or related industries will be preferred.
Solid knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes.
Good team management and leadership skills.
Ability to handle multiple production activities simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Knowledge of production reporting and inventory management.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage production targets.
