HR Manager

Company: Roof and Realms | Industry: Modular Construction

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle.

· Handle attendance, leave, payroll coordination and HR records.

· Implement HR policies, employee engagement and grievance management.

· Manage performance appraisals, training and employee retention.

· Coordinate manpower planning for office and project sites.

· Handle HR MIS, compliance, exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Required Skills:

· Solid communication, leadership and HR management skills.

· Valuable knowledge of HR operations, labour laws, payroll and statutory compliance.

· Ability to manage office and site employees.

Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent.

Experience: 2–7 years in HR, preferably in Manufacturing or Modular Construction.

Preferred Background: Candidates from Manufacturing, Modular Construction, Construction, Engineering or Infrastructure industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
