Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer enquiries and provide accurate information about projects, units, pricing, and payment plans.
Maintain regular communication and follow-up with existing and prospective customers.
Coordinate site visits, appointments, bookings, and customer meetings.
Build and maintain robust relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Address customer queries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in customer relationship management, real estate, or a related field preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
