We are looking for freshers who have completed a Tally / Tally Prime course and have positive knowledge of MS Excel .
Key Responsibilities
Assist users with basic Tally Prime/software-related queries.
Understand user issues and provide appropriate assistance.
Maintain records and customer information using MS Excel.
Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution.
Follow up on open support queries.
Required Skills
Freshers are welcome.
Completed a Tally / Tally Prime course.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel.
Excellent English communication skills.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
