Shift & Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Sundays off + alternate Saturdays off

Inspired Lifestyles Private Limited is a furniture company serving clients across the USA and India. We are looking for a Client Servicing skilled to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Client Servicing
Own all client communications — written, verbal, and digital — ensuring timely, transparent, and professional responses
Act as the central bridge between clients, the design team, and the production team
Manage relationships with key clients across the USA and India
Serve as the single point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring accountability throughout the project lifecycle
Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues before they escalate
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project status,



timelines, and deliverables
Coordinate internal teams for on-time, quality delivery
Prepare and present regular status reports to clients and management
Handle client escalations with professionalism

Documentation & Admin Support
Maintain project-specific procurement folders, drawings, photos, approvals, and documentation
Support in preparing reports, timelines, and project trackers
Prepare and submit daily MIS reports

Requirements:
3+ years of experience in client servicing / account management (preferably in furniture, interior design, or a related industry)
Strong communication and client-handling skills
Ability to multitask and coordinate across teams
Proactive, detail-oriented approach
