Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales of premium residential home lifts.

Responsibilities:
Generate and convert sales leads.
Meet customers and understand their requirements.
Present and explain NIBAV home-lift solutions.
Handle customer queries and objections.
Negotiate and close high-value deals.
Maintain customer relationships and follow-ups.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
Develop current business opportunities through networking and referrals.

Requirements:
3–8 years of sales/BD experience.
B2C/direct/field sales experience preferred.
Experience in Real Estate, Interiors, EV, Automobile, EdTech or Premium/Luxury products preferred.
Robust communication and negotiation skills.




Comfortable with customer meetings and target-based sales.
Graduate in any discipline.
