Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Executive to handle customer calls, explain products/services, generate leads, and maintain good relationships with customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Handle incoming customer calls and provide accurate information.
Explain company products/services, offers, and perks to customers.
Generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
Maintain records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp when required.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Prepare daily/weekly call reports.





Requirements
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Fresher or experienced candidates can apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive convincing and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred Skills
Telecalling / customer service experience.
Sales and lead-generation experience.
Knowledge of CRM or calling software.
Ability to handle customer objections confidently.

Salary

₹[Salary Range] per month + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
