Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate calls.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Assist in job posting and onboarding activities.
Valuable communication, follow-up & interpersonal skills required.
Graduate in HR / Management / any relevant field.
Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
