Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry professionals for placement opportunities.
Identify and invite companies to participate in campus recruitment drives.
Coordinate the complete placement process, including company registrations, job postings, interviews, tests, and offer processes.
Communicate job prospects, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, and recruitment updates to students.
Screen and coordinate student profiles based on employer requirements.
Organize campus recruitment drives, interviews, career fairs, and employer engagement activities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
