Key Responsibilities

Client Communication: Handle incoming client inquiries via phone or email and coordinate delivery timelines or service updates.
Sales Support: Assist sales representatives in preparing pitch decks, presentation materials, and proposals.
Database Maintenance: Update and maintain customer data, logs, and interaction history inside the company CRM system.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with the finance, logistics, and marketing teams to guarantee seamless order fulfillment and campaign alignment.
Reporting: Generate regular sales metrics, performance reports, and activity summaries for management review.
