Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Center Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and business performance of our healthcare center. The role involves team management, patient experience, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage overall center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Supervise Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists and support staff.
Drive revenue through patient engagement, prescription conversion, diagnostics and pharmacy services.
Coordinate with doctors and healthcare specialists.
Manage patient queries, complaints and escalations.
Monitor inventory, billing, cash handling and compliance.
Conduct local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.
Track daily performance, revenue and business KPIs.
Prepare regular operational and performance reports.
Motivate the team and ensure achievement of business targets.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
